Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unsoiled, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. *This does not include your 10% newsletter sign-up code. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please follow these steps in case of damaged items or issues. Let us know - just email us at lilcreations.info@gmail.com quoting your order number and the reason for the exchange. In case of a damaged item send us an image of the damaged product. If you are returning an item other than a damaged issue you will have to post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. We’ll check that it’s all in order, and we’ll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

All orders will be processed in 1-2 working days and delivered in 3-5 working days. However, there may be slight delays in processing and delivery due to high volume of orders. You will receive a notification of shipment with full tracking information once your parcel has been picked up by the local courier.
